Easy Citron Cooler
Citron syrup *
* I found Citron syrup in my local Asian supermarket (H Mart) as a combination of Citron, honey, and sugar. Can be served hot or cold.
In a glass container dissolve desired amount of syrup in a small bit of hot water. Fill the rest of the container with filtered water and refrigerate before serving cold.
Matcha Citron Cooler
Easy citron cooler as the base
Using the Easy Citron Cooler as a base, add desired amount of matcha powder (add a little at a time to taste) and ice to a glass container. Stir or shake to distribute the powder.
Juice of one lemon
Splash of edible rose water
Pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt
Raw Honey to desired sweetness
Combine all ingredients and cool before serving.
Hibiscus Lime Iced Tea
Steep about a handful of dried hibiscus in a mug with enough hot water to fully cover the flowers for about 10-15 min. Strain the concentrated tea into a large glass container. Add enough water to reach desired strength. Add lime juice and honey to taste. I prefer it without a sweetener. Serve over ice.
