Working entirely from home is practically a 180 degree shift from my normal working conditions. For cooking and teaching tango I am entirely on my feet. Plus running all over NYC, I log miles a day. I created this video to help anyone suffering with back pain or stiffness to relieve tension. Not only is it good to stretch out the stiff back muscles, but I would also like to help you build up supportive muscles in your back to help improve posture. I feel like back muscles are often neglected! So much time is devoted to arms, legs, and abs. When was the last time you devoted time to your back?! I do these exercises along with my daily exercise routine to help my often neglected back muscles.
