This past month I have spent trying to be kinder to my body, both in how I treat it physically, and how I talk to myself. I tried to speak more kindly, pushed my body to its limits of strength (hello biceps), and allowed myself to rest when I really needed it. At the end of each day I wrote something that resonated with me.

Feb 28: Speak kindly to yourself, someone very important is listening.
