Walking onto the dance floor is like coming home. No matter where we are in the world, the familiarity of the embrace has a special way of saying “welcome home.” Somehow we don’t tire of the same songs that we always listen to- and have always listened to since the beginning.

No matter what happened during the day, we can drop our bags with a sigh of relief. Our family greets us with hugs. It is where we feel happy, and where our problems melt away.

Thank you to everyone who makes me feel like I am “coming home.” After all, home is not a place, it’s a feeling.
